How Much Does Cumberland Farms Gas Cost?

As per usual, we’re going to refer to the GasBuddy website to determine the gas prices in several Cumbie locations across the states.

In Titusville, FL, Cumberland Farms offer a $4.39 per-gallon price for Regular and $5.04 per gallon of Premium gasoline. While this Cumberland Farms location doesn’t break into the top ten lowest gas prices in Titusville, its $4.39 price tag is more in line with the cheapest retailers like BP and Sunoco. Cumbie’s competition, Circle K, offers the lowest price in the city at $4.29 per gallon.

Moving on to Reading, MA, Cumberland Farms has more competitive gas prices at $4.20 per gallon in its Salem Street location. This location has broken into the top ten lowest gas prices in the area, led by East Coast Gas at $4.07 per gallon and Daily Gas at $4.09. Meanwhile, the highest price in the top ten comes from Shell at $4.35 per gallon.

The Cumberland Farms location in Burlington, VT, offers a per-gallon pricing of $4.35. However, it’s nowhere near the top ten lowest gas prices in the city. The cheapest gas price in Burlington is $4.19 per gallon, which you can get from Costco, Shell, CITGO, and Mobil.

In Rotterdam, NY, the Cumbie location has a per-gallon price of $4.45 for regular and $5.19 for Premium. Again, Cumberland Farms didn’t break into the top ten cheapest gas prices in Rotterdam. The lowest gas comes from Valero at $4.19 per gallon, followed by Runway Express at $4.23 per gallon.

Overall, Cumberland Farms locations don’t necessarily offer the best prices for many of its locations. Some branches are relatively competitive; we’ve yet to see a location where Cumbie has the lowest gas price. However, the majority of consumer reviews seem to favor Cumbie locations for being easy, clean, and their excellent $1 coffee. It’s no wonder they have so many loyal customers.

Is Cumberland Farms Gas Good Quality?

We’ve been digging around about the gas quality of Cumberland Farms, but sadly, we didn’t find much information. We do know that Cumberland Farms don’t offer TOP TIER gas, so there’s that. Licensed retailers adhere to the TOP TIER fuel standards, which means a cleaner engine because the product is formulated to minimize carbon buildup and deposits.

Despite that, as one of the chain’s premier products, Cumberland Farms stands behind the quality of their gasoline. According to their website, the company only uses “top-quality gasoline” and formulated to meet performance and EPA standards. From what we can gather, we’ve found no complaints about the quality of Cumberland Farms’ gas – so feel free to pump away.

How to Save on Cumberland Farms Gas Prices with SmartPay

Like other convenience store chains, Cumberland Farms also provides a way for customers to save on gas. Fortunately, saving on Cumberland Farms gas prices is quite straightforward. Cumbie has partnered with SmartPay Rewards to offer convenient features, discounts, and rewards, whenever you shop at one of their locations. Basically, SmartPay Rewards is a contact-free method to pay for in-store purchases and save on fuel.

All the customers need to do is to sign up to SmartPay Rewards either by downloading the smartphone app or completing an online form. After completing the enrollment, link your SmartPay account to a checking account, and you’re good to go.

Apparently, that’s all you have to do to save 10 cents per gallon of gas when filling up at any Cumberland Farms and Fastrac locations. It’s a relatively straightforward method, especially when other stores require you to earn purchase points before you can get discounts at the pump. It’s quite a breath of fresh air, especially when joining the SmartPay Rewards system is completely free.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TINT CAR WINDOWS?

Different tints block different levels of UV light and in the long run can prevent sun damage to your skin and eyes, but how much does it cost to tint car windows? We’ve got the answer.

On top of the 10-cent per gallon savings, app users can also receive a free Farmhouse Blend coffee or a frozen beverage after every purchase of 80 gallons of gas. Moreover, SmartPay Rewards users also receive bonus coupons for select popular products.

However, there are some limitations to the gas savings. Primarily, you’re limited to 7 transactions per day, $150 daily amount, 35 transactions per week, and a $500 weekly amount. Overall, these limitations aren’t that bad, and most customers won’t be able to hit these restrictions unless they’re filling up multiple vehicles.

Wrapping it up, Cumberland Farms gas prices are nothing to write home about. However, regular customers that use the SmartPay Rewards system can pile up the savings.
