It will carry eight people or seven total with the optional second row of bucket seats. The standard multi-valve V8 engine and seven-speed automatic transmission make the QX56 responsive on the road, and off the pavement, an optional 4x4 system allows driver to switch between full-time all-wheel drive and a two speed transfer case.
