Three-Quarter-Ton Truck
GMC likes to call their trucks "professional grade", and the Sierra 2500 lives up to the advertising. There is a new body and upgraded interior for 2015, but beneath the fresh skin, the truck is still meant for those who need to haul serious loads. The gasoline V8 is both powerful and responsive, and the optional turbo diesel is a tow king. Off-road capabilities are enhanced with an available full 4x4 drivetrain with low-range transfer case. There is an array of styles, including passenger cabs that has a regular cab holding up to three people, a four-door extended cab for up to six, and a crew cab that still can seat six (only five with an optional front bucket seats) but offers a half-foot more leg room in the rear. It is also available in standard box (6'7") or long box (8'2").
